At Ambulance Billing Company, our journey began with a simple but powerful mission: to help EMS agencies remain strong, sustainable, and focused on what matters most—saving lives. Founded by Linda Thomas, an experienced EMT and industry leader with deep roots in the EMS community of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, our company was born out of a real-world understanding of the operational and financial challenges faced by emergency service providers.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience across the ambulance industry—from dispatch and documentation analysis to billing, collections, and everything in between—we built our business around the belief that effective revenue cycle management should empower, not burden, EMS teams. Linda’s background as a former corporate Vice President for a private ambulance service and her encyclopedic knowledge of billing systems, patient scheduling, and accounts receivable set the foundation for the solutions we offer today.
Since our founding, we’ve grown into a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering precision, compliance, and results.
